Gong Cha Tea

Tuesday, October 18, 2011
Tried Gong Cha at SM Megamall today. I didn't know that there was a branch there. My sister even thought I was in SM MOA since we did not know there a branch there It is located at the Atrium. I wanted to try it because I read an article on the top ten best tea shops in 2011. Gong Cha got the top spot.

I got the Milk Tea with Pearls. I couldn't choose what to buy and I just saw it in their poster. My sister got their best seller. And my brother got the Chocolate Milk Tea. You could control the sugar levels which was good. They had ice cream teas which looked cool from the picture. They also had special coffee teas. But I wanted to try the regular milk teas first.

I did not get to taste my brother's order. I kinda liked what my sister ordered. Interesting. Tastes like milk. And mine tasted like regular pearl milk teas. But I loved how they didn't drown my drink with pearls. I don't really hate pearls, in fact I like drinking milk teas with pearl. However I hate it when almost half of the drink is all pearl.

The prices are just like Chatime's. Good thing I had money. A bit expensive compared to other tea stores like Cha Dao. I'm happy that I finally got to taste it.

So I got to taste Cha Dao, Chatime, Gong Cha, Bubble Tea and Moonleaf already. Next time, I'll let my sister taste Sip in Robinsons Galleria.

P.S. I apologize for the ugly pictures. My phone does not take awesome pictures. Saaaaad
